Prevent and Radicalisation
A brief overview of our policies.
The main aim of our statement is to ensure that employees are fully engaged in being vigilant about radicalisation; that they overcome professional disbelief that such issues will not happen and ensure that we work alongside other professional bodies and agencies to ensure that our learners are safe from harm.
Principal Skills holds as one of its highest priorities, the health, safety and welfare of all children, young people and vulnerable adults involved in courses or activities which come under the responsibility of the company.
We are committed to ensuring a safe environment for learning that identifies children, young people and vulnerable adults who are suffering, or likely to suffer, significant harm, and takes appropriate action to see that such children, young people and vulnerable adults are kept safe
At Principal Skills we are committed to embedding British values continuously in our learning activities that support the learners understanding of their rights and responsibilities as a learner and, where relevant, as an employee, as citizens and patron of their community.
